Aurelia will take a box back when it is still a box. Once wax, oil, or a sachet has been opened, the scent has already moved.

Fourteen days, unopened
Unopened objects in their gift boxes may come back within fourteen days of delivery. The outbound postage is not refunded unless we packed the wrong SKU or a fault that was ours.

Opened wax, oil, sachets
Opened candles, oils, and sachets cannot return. Hygiene and scent transfer make them unsaleable. A scent you decided against after lighting is not a manufacturing fault.

A crack or a leak
Photograph the piece in the box before you throw the glass away. We replace a split seam, a leak, or a cracked plaster tablet. Scent fade after opening is expected.

How to send it
Write to 738601075@qq.com with the SKU and the photographs. Return the object in its gift box. We will give a return address. Do not post alcohol candles without asking; some lanes refuse them.
