First burn: let the pool reach the glass, about two hours. Trim the wick to 5 mm. Extinguish with the brass pin, not by blowing. Lid on when cold.

Warranty
Cracked glass on arrival is replaced. Tunneling from short first burns is not covered. Scent strength is a preference.
Returns
Unlit boxed candles within 14 days. Lit wax cannot return. Photograph a crack before discarding glass.
