Terms

These terms govern orders placed on https://scentcask.com under the brand Aurelia, operated by Huanyue General Merchandise Firm, Jinshui District, Zhengzhou (responsible person: Wu Weibo). By adding a piece to the tray and paying, you agree to them.

The line

We sell a short line of scent objects: linen sachets, candles, car pieces, and plaster. Nothing that pretends to be a perfume for skin. Every SKU already includes its gift box. We do not take custom scent in this line.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown on the product page. Payment is taken at checkout by the processor named there. An order is accepted when payment clears and we send a confirmation email.

Shipping

We pack within three working days in ordinary weeks. Tracking follows by email. Alcohol candles and the hanging bottle cannot go in some air cargo; if a lane refuses them we will write and offer a ground option or a refund of that line. Duties, if any, are the receiver’s. We do not under-declare.

Returns

Unopened, boxed objects: fourteen days from delivery. Opened wax, oil, and sachets cannot return for hygiene and scent transfer. Photograph a crack or a leak before you throw the glass away. We replace manufacturing faults; we do not replace a scent you decided against after lighting. Return the object in its gift box. We do not refund outbound postage unless we were wrong.

Warranty

We replace a split seam, a leak, or a cracked tablet reported within the period stated on the product page. Scent fade after opening is expected, not a fault.
